My product is stuck at customs. What should I do?

Compliance Expert Soufyan Lamdini explains

Contact us. The technical lawyers of Certification Experts have experience with supervisory bodies and can solve this problem fast and efficiently on your behalf to find out what the objection is.

If your product is held by customs, we will contact the party responsible on your behalf to find out what the objection is. We subsequently take steps to solve the problem. Which steps those are, differ per situation. We can, if necessary, draw up legal defence or go and talk with the party responsible at the location.

If your product does not meet the required conformity demands, we can also solve that for you: by drafting a valid EC Declaration of Conformity or by entirely recertifying the product.
