René Zaat

René Zaat, a Compliance Expert, manages projects in machinery, industry, electronics, electrical equipment, construction products, and toys within the European region. René has joined Certification Experts in 2015, after finalising his bachelor’s in law study in Amsterdam and working as a teacher at the HvA. At Certification Experts, René manages the indicated related projects, sets up risk assessments and provides training on the CE marking process and risk assessments. For René, helping clients to understand the legislation process and ensure that their products are in compliance with the European market, brings him fulfilment and gratification. When he’s not helping clients, René enjoys spending his free-time ballroom dancing and strumming the guitar.
